What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
INDIANA USA

I work in a CORP-to-CORP model. My employer, known as A, have the following working links:

A-> B(Other vendor) -> C (other Vendor) -> CLIENT

I signed an agreement with "C" as not to work directly for client till 1 year after I resign or leave the contract with them. However the client has offered me a full-time contract

I want to take the offer from the client.

How do I break the agreement with C and proceed?
