Male discrimination?

Can my employer legally let females wear earrings and not allow males to wear them? I am a 31 yr old manager, and only wear 1 diamond stud in 1 ear. It's not like I wear multiple earrings or anything. I'm not looking for a lawsuit, but just my rights.

Common sense wolud indicate, just who do you see during the day, Do you deal with the companies customers face to face, and are they very conservative older people, bankers, lawyers, milktoast people,religious zealots, then they could, by saying you could lose business for us.

If you are in the back room, no way....
