New Hampshire:

Company police for paying unused vaccation time when an employee has been terminated is what ever state law dictates. What is the revelant law in NH?

New Hampshire law does not provide rules for vacation pay policies. That is up to the company, as it is in most states. The only rule that pertains at all is New Hampshire Labor Code, Section 275:49 III, which provides that every employer must make available to his employees in writing or through a posted notice maintained in a place accessible to his employees employment practices and policies with regard to vacation pay, sick leave, and other fringe benefits;
