Rn certified in Med/surg nursing 16 year employee with known (to employer) history of asthma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. started medical leave 2/16 found out 3/6 Latex allergy was causing the exacerbation that prcipitated the leave. what are the limitations in Tennessee for occ illness ie latex in a person with above medical problems? Thanks
