My fiance and I are getting married as soon as we can. She came into the U.S. legally, but has overstayed her welcome. I already know the laws regarding marrying her and such, my question is:
We are living in seperate places at the moment (we lived together for a year previously), and wish to get a place together. Do we need to be married, have the forms submitted, and have recieved her work visa before this time, or can we move in and then marry and submit the forms? We want to make sure we do this right as we are very much in love!
Help, please??
