I have a pending i-485 marriage for 3 years now. i went to an in terview three years ago and just last week i received a letter for interview. My wife is a citizen is refusing to go for this one. Can i withdraw this application without it impending on my current status? I am still on F-1 visa and have been maintained my legal status along side my i-485 application. what can i do?
