I married us citizen a year ago, overstayed for her, was living illegally. Did not started any documentations for legalization. She got jailed for long time. Possible to get legal status? Can I ask GA state for help? Do I have at least chance to do something? thank you

Here are some agencies which may be of some help to you in Georgia.

You do have a problem however ... if your wife is incarcerated, she won't be able to sponsor your residency. This doesn't necessarily mean there's no hope for you, but you're going to need more help than a message forum can provide.
