I have been in the US since 1992 entered on student visa which has expired now.Married a US Citizen in 1996 and now have a child but did not know any better voted in the 1996 elections. Found out later this was illegal, Now what are my chances of getting a green card under the new laws President Clinton signed on Nov 1 2000. Nil to none?.
