I'm a salaried employee in Ohio. I have Fibromyalgia (covered under ADA I understand). My Dr has requested I cut back my work week to 30 hrs a week for the next 4 weeks. I have worked from home in the past and suggested to my employer that I work from home so that I do not have to go on disabilty. After asking, the employer changed my job description to state that 'working from home' is not alllowed. Is this legal?
