The term, hostile environment, has a very specific meaning in law. It takes more than just bad treatment. When you respond, which you can do by hitting reply to this response (do not use the preview feature as it tends to eat posts) be sure to include a detailed description of not only what is happening but also, in your best judgement, WHY it is happening. What is the motivation of the allegedly hostile individual?
