So i am 17, about to be 18 in two months. Is it legal for me to move out WITH parental consent? (i live in Texas)

Regardless of what US state you live in, you can move out at 17 if your parents give permission. It's when they don't give permission that things get dicey.

The short answer is that yes it is legal. But you have to be 18 in order to enter into contracts in Texas so you may have difficulty applying for a lease, utility contract, etc. I'd check first with any entities you intend to contract with and see what they require... or just wait two months.
