Sealing a Juvenile record- Informal Adjustments- 2 Felonies

Idaho is where I’m from.
I’m going to make this short because I spent 2 hours writing my post before this site logged me off and I lost everything.
I have 2 Felonies one at age 16 for Grand Theft. Granted informal adjustment.
Second Felony is for burglary a day before my 18th birthday. Also granted informal adjustment. Charged as a juvenile.
Currently waiting to be released from probation for second charge mentioned.
My main question is in Idaho Code 20-525a sub paragraph(4) ((Page 3 line 36 for the start)) it mentions if you have diversion or an informal adjustment you can seal your record after waiting 1 year after release. Instead of the 5 years. Would I be eligible for the 1 year petition since I have 2 informal adjustments? It didn’t mention anything in this PDF with Idaho Codes regarding juvenile records

If someone can please help me figure out if I’m eligible for a 1 year petition please let me know why I am, and what I missed searching myself? If I’m not eligible can you please explain why I wouldn’t be eligible. Also if I’m not eligible for this what does my informal adjustment even do for me?

You won't be eligible for anything Until you have been off probation for at least a year. Between now and then meet with an attorney in your area and ask these questions.
