I had a signed 6 month lease, which ran out in November 2009; having been paying on time same amount each month since, but found new location and need to know what amount of notice required for mo to mo commercial lease, and if same applies as residential for the return of my security deposit. Also, landlord caused me loss of use of my building for 5 days during a busy holiday weekend due to lack of heat. Am I entitled to reduction in rent for those days due to landlords negligence and loss of income?
