Sorry, but the new owners are responsible for the deposit.

Contact their lawyer and see how that goes.

Make sure you have a copy of that escrow closing statement.

contact your county property tax desk to find out to who the tax bills will be sent to since she claims to have sold it and get the new owners address from the county property tax desk and that is who must address your deposit when the time comes.

Probably a good idea to get a copy of the deed, too.

And check with the Secty of State's business records for information on the owners of the LLC and their addresses.

I could find no LLC by that name in the NY Sec of State database.

Call the lawyer you were told to call.
It's there - OP misspelled it. Should be "Kruchten Properties LLC".


ETA: I'm going to leave the full name for the benefit of the OP. This is publicly available information, and the OP (nor anyone else) has said anything questionable (or favorable) that would cause problems.
