What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

My ex and I separated in March 2007 and the divorce was finalized in January 2008. We have no mutual children and never owned any property jointly so there has been no need for contact in all of this time.

Recently, my ex-husband has been showing up at my husband's work every single day to harass him. It started off as just giving him the middle finger and walking away. It has now escalated to screaming and interfering with his job. My husband works in a casino as a dealer and my ex has walked up in a middle of a game and accused him of cheating and screaming profanities at him. My ex is gone before a manager or security can get there.

My husband didn't recognize him the first few times he did it and assumed it was for a player at the table or someone across the room. Since it was a non-violent act and was not disrupting anything he ignored it. Then he was able to get a good look at my ex and realized who it was. Since they cannot grab him in the act, there is very little they can do. Upper management said they cannot stop him from entering the building unless he is trespassed and they cannot trespass him unless a member of management catches him in the act. They cannot use security camera footage or second hand accounts as a basis for trespassing.

I am remarried and have built a life and family with my current husband. My ex is convinced he stole me away from him since they were once friends but we never spoke to each other when I was still married to my ex. I only found out recently that my ex has remarried.

Is there any legal recourse at this point? This has been going on for two weeks now causing my husband unnecessary stress.

Any advice would be welcomed. Thank you in advance.
