What is the legal financial responsibility of a husband to his wife in Florida if they have a pre-nuptial agreement? Mom is now living with me, and her husband is in a nursing home in Florida. Is he legally responsible in any way for her medical or care bills?

Not to mention the fact that you don't tell us why he's in a nursing home. If he is incapacitated, what do you want him to do? If he cannot help himself, how is he going to help her? Besides, you are not responsible for her bills.
