Yes, we have. To be honest we have only performed 1 oil change due to service timeline, the first one. After that it has always been in the shop. We have also verified many, many, many times as with who services the car. It is GMC therefore we would go to them for service according to Ford.

It is a Ford Warranty sold by the Ford dealership to me for a preowned GMC which they have always honored. Believe it or not they do not discriminate towards one another.

When I contacted the Ford Warranty they actually instructed all repairs to be done by GMC, which it has.
