    You can't be "added" to an existing deed, it would take a new deed and then you could forfeit the tax advantages mentioned by Tax.

    a person could not qulify for Social Security retirement and Supplemental Security Income at the same time, that being a federal thing. Not necessarily true. If the person's SSA income is below 739 a month ( old number I think) you would qualify for SSI to bring it up to the SSI thresthhold.

    Also, you need to understand that under the fair debt collection practices act a debt confirmation need only state that the debt is valid. They do not have to provide proof at this point.

    I agree, but confessing that the drugs are his, will not get the wife off the hook. She is charged with possession not ownership of the drugs.
