I'm sorry but I disagree to your comment as this is 20 years , or to purchase entails $30,000. Very big difference. I disagree with it being like cable or water heater as that is a Not a 20 yr lease with a monthly payment , or if panels are purchased $30,000 !!!

My tenants are on a month to month tenancy. I'm moving into the home in April. So served them Feb 2020

I served a 60 day to vacate beginning February 2020 , so my tenants will hopefully vacate April 2020. Does the 60 day notice have to state the total amount owed for the last to months before tenants vacate ?
