Good morning, can you direct me where to check Michigan or other state laws regarding commercial vehicles? A simple Google search did not return helpful links. I'd greatly appreciate it. Regards.

I have a new question and the case scenario is in the second paragraph. The sister is entitled to 50% of the ownership since the deed did not specify the percentage, so she should get $250K. My uncle is the only one who is on the mortgage and single-handedly paid off everything. So 20 years of expenses are about $540K in total. $80K(property tax)+$50K(maintenance)+$200K(mortgage principal)+$200K(mortgage interest expenses)+$10K(homeowner insurance). I have not included utilities. So does that mean that the sister should pay my uncle 50% of the $540K, which is $270K? And she ended up with nothing and owed $20K? Is the court going to handle the case like this? also if the sister's share would be one half of the home's current fair market value less an approximate 10% for having a fractionalized interest. What does the 10% fractional interest reduction mean?

My uncle bought a house in 20 years ago for $230,000 and his sister paid $11,000 to help with the down payment, so she was put on the deed. She has not paid a penny ever since and she occupies a bedroom with her stuff even though she never lives in the house. Now the house is worth about $500,000. She wants $100,000 to go back to Hong Kong. My uncle was really shocked and disheartened by this.

Thank you very much for your help! You are so helpful!

Manager released medical problem/diagnosis to co-workers. HIPAA violation? What action should be taken?
My wife was recently on medical leave from work. She had to inform her store manager of the reason for her medical leave and entrusted her manager with her personal and confidential information. Upon returning from medical leave, my wife learned that the manager told all her co-workers of her predicament while she was out. This information was not something that she wanted anyone to know. Since all her co-workers know and she has become the center of gossip, she has no desire to go to work but at this time has to for bills. She is so embarrassed/ashamed and emotionally distraught and it is taking a big toll on her. A call was placed to corporate HR and they did not seem to care. What can/should be done?

Thank you for posting to my message. When I went to the police in both counties I thought I was doing something right. As of now - not so much! I do have a Public Defender. The one is doing a great job with the drug charges. The other - hasnt returned my calls in weeks & I have my call to list Nov 1st. That is the one that has me on the edge. "The truth will set you free" comes with alot of grey area too!
    Thanks again!

Yes, according to the White House website, they suggest you apply at least 6 months ahead of time for a tour of the White House.
