Must the defense disclose all evidence to the prosecution?

Thank you for the response. I have a follow-up question: If evidence is given to the prosecutor is the prosecutor allowed to share it with the witness who appears to be lying by omission?

Must the defense disclose all evidence to the prosecution?

Minnesota Is disclosure only for information from the prosecutor to the defense or does it also cover defense information to the prosecutor? For example, a witness has given a written statement. The defense obtains evidence that the witness has left out significant details of what happened. It...

County Assessor wants information I don't have concerning a foreign spouse. Threatening with only a partial homestead.

She won't be filing an income tax return and she won't be claimed by me as a dependent so she's not eligible to get an ITIN.

County Assessor wants information I don't have concerning a foreign spouse. Threatening with only a partial homestead.

Minnesota. I think this is fairly self-explanatory. Any advice and help would be appreciated. I have owned the property since 2007. Only my name is on the title and mortgage. From the county: October 18, 2022 Dear Property Owner, County Records indicate your marital status changed since...

Other party is claiming an outragious amount in damages.

I want to give an update on the situation. The insurance company investigated the situation and paid the neighbor $175. The insurance company called to tell me that the neighbor had called them very upset and they were letting me know that he told them that he was going to sue me. However...

Other party is claiming an outragious amount in damages.

He's already replaced the birds with hatchlings that did not cost him anything. Someone he knew felt bad about what had happened and gave him replacements for free.

Other party is claiming an outragious amount in damages.

Update. The neighbor has reduced his estimate to $75 per chicken and $325 per pair of ducks (the ducks were news to me). However, he's now saying there were six chickens and four ducks. That's a total of $1,100. I have filed a claim with my insurance company.

Other party is claiming an outragious amount in damages.

The wording on that statute has me confused. Is that the amount they can collect from a fund each county has or is it a limitation on what they can collect from other citizens? I also read that people only have ten days from the incident to report it so that they could collect.

Other party is claiming an outragious amount in damages.

Minnesota My dog got loose, made it to the neighbor's property, got into a chicken coop that had been left open and killed 5 chickens. These chickens were about a year old and the family considered them to be pets. The neighbors immediately took to social media showing a video of their little...

Follow up: In July, 2020 the county agreed to proceed with a child support hearing. My ex married an older man who is set for life and therefore she no longer works because she doesn't have to. It was determined that she would be responsible for $50 per month total for the two kids that are...

Should I submit an insurance claim or just take the loss?

Great question. The divorce was final in September, 2019 and she got married two weeks later to a man 27 years older than her. He was 81 when they got married. He is set for life so she doesn't have to work and from what I have heard she pretty much drinks non-stop all day every day. If...

Should I submit an insurance claim or just take the loss?

Minnesota I bought a used 2007 Hyundai Tucson yesterday for $3,000. I put full-coverage on the car yesterday afternoon. There is a $500 deductible. Last night my 18 year-old daughter, who has only had her license for one week, hit a cement pole in a parking lot. She was alone and not injured...
