Hey I just got back from the school again abs they said the declaration of domicile also has to go back a year.. I wad going to go to court abs get it done in the morning but I think I'm out of options now and I'm going to have to wait until spring term so I can use my car registration

They told me the declaration of domicile also had to date back a year. My car registration is the closest I have which goes back 8 months but if I have to wait for that to be a year I'll miss out on fall semester..

My license was suspended before so I used uber alot. Utility bill was on the list but it has to be with proof of 12 consecutive payments.. if I get the bill transferred under my name will it look like it's been mine for the past year?
