Hi I'm glad you found my post and cared to respond again. Thanks but no thanks I've would of been at a disadvantage to hire a "pro" that would have me give my rights up and also not argue the facts and truth. I'm just looking for a time frame that's all sir.

What is the name of your state? PA... I filed a lawsuit being injured by the city they responded with a motion to dismiss.I responded back with why the suit should not be dismissed,now I've been waiting for 2 months should I file for summary judgment ?

No inference or vengeance nor does it have to do with any domestic litigation I'm well aware folks

Correct I have all lower court rules of civil procedure and now pretty much the fed rules now also, much more hassle for non attorneys.

No can't find one to take on my case
