Wife passed away, ambulance bills in her name..

I do apologize. For a moment I forgot I was no longer in England, but in the USA where money takes precedent over everything else.

Wife passed away, ambulance bills in her name..

Your wife just died and your top priority seems to be maintaining your credit. You need professional help, and not from an attorney.

    Ignoring an injunction

I'm not sure about brief. Is 5.30 AM to sunset for 3 days straight brief? I have little hope of the judge approving a barrier, but considering they made an access onto a State road without bothering to get a permit, maybe a locked gate is a viable option. But I filed today, so we shall see what...

    Ignoring an injunction

The word may have filtered down the grapevine as the trucks have now stopped. I'm going to file the motion for contempt and to have the original preliminary injunction modified to require the defendant to install a physical barrier. I emailed the defendant's attorney and asked if he would object...

    Ignoring an injunction

Would I have to give a specific monetary figure or can I leave that to the discretion of the court?

    Ignoring an injunction

I walked down to the manure piles and gave the driver of the front loader a copy of the injunction last Monday. It's now the 19th and the trucks started at 05:20 this morning.

    Ignoring an injunction

Correct. And as this will be the very first challenge to the New Mexico Right to Farm Act. I want it to go before a jury.

    Ignoring an injunction

As we all know only too well ;) The fact that they are ignoring the injunction is why I'm considering asking that the court to compel the Defendant to block the road. Then I'll ask for any punitive damages be awarded that the court sees fit.

    Ignoring an injunction

Nice idea, but I don't want money, just the trucks to stop. I was considering asking that the injunction be amended to compel the defendant to install an immovable barrier to physically prevent the trucks using that section of the road.

    Ignoring an injunction

What is the name of your state? NM I’m not sure where the original thread is but…. In my civil nuisance case the judge granted a preliminary injunction that prohibited manure trucks from using a section of a gravel road next to my property. The judge even included a map of the area and...

    What constitutes “insured location”?

The insurance company is the one to ask.
