the bondsman did a surety bond and was supose to change it to a perfomance bond thats why carlos was picked up the simple fact is that it was not the right bond therefore it was never honored carlos did nothing to be arrested the bondsman posted the wrong bail

they didnt fix thier screw up

but they never got the bond done the right way

even though the all city bail never held up thier end of the bond i still have to pay them when thier the one wh

im sorry im just really stresed out i dont desrve to loose my home bail bondsman never did his job isnt thier somthing i can do

because he wrote the wrong bond he was out 2 days and they took him back in and her never got out agian

as i said i was forced into this by his brothers i would have never done this but they threatend my life i dint even no him

they sent me a forclosure letter in the mail wanting me to pay the rest of bail when they havent done any thing for the money
