Towing company damaged my vehicle - MA

That's particularly bad advice considering Chapter 93A claims include fee shifting.

Towing company damaged my vehicle - MA

I agree with the above, except I suggest writing a demand letter that conforms to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 93A - Consumer Protection statute. Look on the Attorney General's website for a sample. If they refuse to make a reasonable settlement offer, if you sue and win you're entitled...

How to keep defunct cars without having to pay insurance?

So? Did they fine you or tell you to move them or wag their fingers at you and say "neener neener"? It's a financial decision to pay fines (if applicable) or pay for insurance and tags. Talk to your insurance agent and find out what the least expensive insurance available is. Since you're not...

Gun rights with a criminal record?

You can appeal the denial. Ignore advice to seal the records. 18 USC 921 reads "Any conviction which has been expunged, or set aside or for which a person has been pardoned or has had civil rights restored shall not be considered a conviction for purposes of this chapter ". Notice the word...

    Noisy Section 8 neighbors

Maybe you should buy them a video game console and turn them into mindless zombies. I can't believe in this day and age kids are permitted to play basketball in their own yard. P.S. When did you move to Delaware? I think you lived in my neighborhood when I was growing up.

Your attorney can probably withdraw from your case and bill you for the time spent since you are not cooperating with the case. Check your contract.

Ford Sold Me My Leased Car - Now They Want it Back

On the other side of the coin is the person who drives WAY less than the miles permitted. I know a woman who turned in a three year old Lexus SUV with 7000 miles. The dealer made a fortune on that one. She was willing to buy it and sell it to me for the buyout price. I wasn't in the market for...

    Mom lied

You could sue mom for breach of contact. I'm not sure it's an enforceable contract, or if she can claim that you failed to name her in your suit against daughter so waived that agreement.

Prejudicial Action by Property Manager during Covid 19 surge

You've had a year to read it. There's no reason to guess.

Prejudicial Action by Property Manager during Covid 19 surge

You really need to read, and understand your lease. Does the lease state what constitutes a "failed" inspection? Does the lease allow for a re inspection?

Sold laptop on Craigslist - 3+ years later, buyer wants refund

Also get copies of your cell phone bills showing that those text messages were sent when you claim they were sent. You should also bring all the cell phone bills for this year, showing that no such text messages were sent in February of 2020.

Filing Child Support - Child in NJ & Father is in Berlin

If he enters the US on a tourist visa, he does not have a path to US Citizenship (Naturalization). Citizenship may be granted to green-card holders after three or five years of residence, depending on how the green-card was obtained. There is also another process German citizens must go through...

911 called by stranger apparently for trying to kiss and grab

Ask the manager to save the recording and/or give you a copy, before it's erased. If all else fails, ask if they can play it while you record it with your cell phone.
