Alright, so what are the steps after I contact CPS?

Yes it's about them but what about their safety while in the unknown? That's what I'm also worried about. I am the only member of our family even willing to take the boys. They are 14 and 15. The 15 year old is disabled and has a very limited vocabulary. Almost none.

What that translates to is I don't want my brothers, one of which who cannot even speak, to become a ward of the state if I am correct about the conditions. Anything can happen to them at that point and I don't want them to be separated either. If I'm even an hour or day behind than what CPS...
