i disagree with how you put it
As is your right. In any case, even if you bought directly from Steam, you'd be up against the terms of service. Specifically: http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/#7

Stop asking people to PM you.

1. It's rude and weird.
2. Veers close to the line of violating the terms of use of this site
3. Nothing about your steam issue is at all secret, sensitive or private to warrant it.

nobody reads that and no responisble judge would expect someone to
There is ample caselaw that says you are wrong.

You are obviously not willing to accept that your viewpoint is wrong, nor even willing to accept that you may need to do more research on the matter. There is nothing this forum can help you with...good day.

No. It is not parody. It is infringement.

Nice try, though.

I have a feeling you are not who you are claiming to be (e.g., new poster).

Find a lawyer in your area to answer your questions. Insulting the volunteers on this site gets you escorted from this site.

Your concerns seem to go beyond the scope of this forum. As you have been advised, seek local legal counsel to explain the matter to you. I wish you the very best of luck in resolving this matter in a way that is satisfactory to you.
