What is the name of your state?OHIO
I sold a vehicle with the terms no leaks Guaranteed. And also stating Sold "As Is". Does one take precidence over the other. Can you guarantee something that's As Is? This may vary from state to state. Any legal buffs out there with the expertise. Whenever you come across certain terms online like Guarantee, or As Is how binding are they? Thanks

if you guarantee something, the plain meaning applies.

Yes you can sell something "as is" and also guarantee certain performance aspects of the vehicle.

For example: This car is sold "as is" with the guarantee it won't leak.
