What is the name of your state?GA

Arrested 22 yrs ago - probation completed. I had a sawed off shotgun, young what more can i say. No other arrest or problems. The lawyer I used is no longer in town.

Do i need to see a new lawyer or is their another way of trying to get this expunged?

Expungements are generally for convictions which were wrongfully obtained.

If you want a pardon, you may be able to get that. The conviction will still be on the record though.

Start by asking your governor's office how you do this.
