And file for unemployment insurance benefits if you have not already done so. They have not got good evidence that you originally falsified your job application or that they had a valid work related misconduct reason to terminate you. So unemployment is a fair possibility if you have any monetary eligibility based on your last 18 months of covered wages. This wouldn't solve many problems, but will give you some money coming in eventually. An employer can terminate you for just about any reason, but a non work related reason, even if it was gross misconduct may not keep you from being approved for benefits. Worth filing for anyhow.
