After the purchase of our property, the neighbor who was the mother of the individual we bought the property from said she had half rights to the water well. In review of the survey map it is very difficult to identify exactly what boundary represents the well, however FHA inspected the property prior to purchase. I have a letter stating the property was approved for purchase. My concern is that FHA will try to come back on us?
