What is the name of your state? Texas
I have a time share that is several years old, it is a floating week deeded plan. I wish to get out from under this obligation. I've tried resale, but there is no market. Is there any way I can legally forfiet or walk away from this deeded plan without credit judgements or other legal issues down the road?
