my brother and I bought a cabin in TN. We are both on the title. I paid my half in cash but had to cosign for my brother on his loan. The owner financed the balance. My brother now says he can not pay for his part but does not want to sell. What can I do to get him off the title or forced to sell. I do not want to loose my equity.
