If you have an invention and wish to file a PCT (patent cooperation treaty) how long will it take to get it granted and can you get it accelerated?
What is the name of your state or, if not in the US, what is the name of your country?
The Patent Cooperation Treaty is administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) but if you are in the US, US inventors can apply for PCT patent protection with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The USPTO is a designated receiving office of the International Bureau.
