What is the name of your state? Hawaii

Received in the mail today a JUDGMENT AND NOTICE OF ENTRY OF JUDGMENT. It was from a expired parking ticket that I mailed in with payment information along with a letter of explanation asking for lieniency.

The judgment says:
Count - Plea: 1 - Admit - Mitigated
Count - Disposition: 1 - Dismissed with Prejudice

It sounds like I don't need to pay the parking ticket, but this also includes payment papers. So I can't tell if I need to mail payment or if the payment paperwork is included with every judgment and I can ignore it.

Please advise.

Have you considered calling and asking the court clerk who sent you the notice? I don't believe any attorneys from Hawaii follow these boards at this time.
