What is the name of your state? California

My ex and I agree on all terms of our divorce and we will write up our child support agreement in our Marriage Settlement Agreement... Form FL 350, which is used to establish child support, has very little space for details and since all those details will be in our MSA, I'm trying to find out if we still need to file FL 350 in addition?
