What is the name of your state? i live in kentucky. i helped my daughter with a parent plus student loan for about $30,000. now she will not make payments. i am not employed and trying to get disability. what are my options to get her to pay this.

Is the loan in your name only? If so, its only your credit that will be trashed if she doesn't pay it.

Parent plus loans are loans only the parent takes out so you are the one responsible for it.
