The deed in her name is mighty powerful card in her hands ...it may be only card that counts ....proving you own at least an equitable share of the home is really an uphill climb even if you started the climb before it was sold...but if your post is correct it's now sold and she has the money...
Absent a super creative lawyer I think you are screwed and that lawyer may be far from free.
