I was willing to buy 10% share of some pvt school and even paid the initial deposit through cheque payment without any written agreement/contract. But now I do not want to continue with the investment in school. Can i get my money back already deposit? Is there any law that states that if the agreement/contract is not signed in 6 months of the initial deposit then the seller has to return the money.
