That's not how it works. Your neighbors sic'd their dog on the repo man...plain and simple.
Not at all the dog is not trained to sic... Lived next door for years very gentle dog. it acted out of impulse as I stated previously.. it was idly there UNTIL repoman aggressively entered my neighbors space... But now I see how stories get could get twisted in court.. and how decent people are victim to viscious wordplay

You are incredible. Your obliviousness to this situation boggles the mind. You're either intentionally obtuse, or a simpleton.

I'm neither. We're those the only options available? I watched it unfold. She did not sic the dog on the repoman the dog was not aggressive until she tried to remove her things and the repoman approached her.. I'm not going to agree with anything other then what I know is the truth.. what's mind boggling to me is how I'm an eyewitness recounting it play by play and you continue to try to make it play out in a way that isn't at all what happened.. is this your normal business practice?? You're either wicked... Intentionally obtuse...or a simpleton

Sadly, I think it's the later.
It's a good thing for me your opinion doesn't equal to a hill of beans to me now isn't it? Im certain you had to get a law degree as your personality is unnecessarily abrasive and you would've failed miserably in any other field.

In other words, she tried to interfere with his lawful activity. Additionally, you have NEVER mentioned that he did anything "hostile" to her - merely that the repo man was doing his (legal) job.

Why do you believe that any of us have law degrees? That's not to say that none of the responders have them, but I'm not going to go back over the 8 pages in this thread to locate them.

Butt out. Plain and simple.

I'm sure she didn't know or think that removing the contents of the vehicle was obstructing. In fact she told me so. Furthermore I mentioned only a million times that he encrouched in on her personal space and that he was larger than her.. causing the dog to intervene but you were too busy trying to make your imagination the authority on reality...

To be clear that post was for just blue.. but if either of you don't have degrees then why are you attempting to give legal advice. You're probably the person who should butt out and let an actual lawyer.. whose not emotionally invested in being correct answer the straight forward law question.. I didn't come here to word tango with clerks... My neighbor is looking for advice and asked me post. Youve sufficiently wasted my time.. I'm going to respond to the inboxed answer I just received.. thanks forrrrrr..... Ahh yes...Nothing

I'm not daft. Your attempts at trying to insult me or my intelligence are really just poor since your only cause is to be right and your so wrong. He was at the front driver side of the car she was opening the back of the car he encrouched her!

For the most part the VOLUNTEERS of this site think your friend was grossly wrong. You seem determined to demand we agree with you. 8 pages and 117 posts later we just don't. Your friend has an attorney...She should only discuss her criminal issues with him/her.

Never did I ask anyone to agree.... I asked about the law... I couldn't care less about people agreeing with me.. what I didn't want was advice based on false information or opinions Everything I've said is to clarify. Not vindicate or convey innocence..unlike SOME I'm not emotionally invested in being right..
