Yeah I definitely can't breech the lease she has recently paid up her rent. But the people are still here. I am willing to take the eviction on my record as my dad has already offered for me and my child to stay with him rent free. If we are evicted we will just be liable to pay up until November. She has found another roommate and the situation has been resolved so I am able to leave without paying anything. Thank you for the assistance.
