Lorain, Ohio would be the place this happens.

Background: How do I get authorities involved in getting rid of a stalker? One of my friends borrowed 360 from him but in the last three days we've payed back double and he still refuses to permanently leave. He randomly has shown up in different cars and random times asking for more money or he'll take my friend if he doesn't get it. And he refuses to leave unless he gets something and sits there for hours at a time. He knows a lot/ everything about her and we don't know anything about him, not even a name. How do I get authorities involved? My friend is stupid and was vulnerable but there's no telling what happens to her if she is taken and I don't know how to help her. I want to convince her to contact police but she's scared because we recently learned her number has been added on escort/ sex worker sites and she's afraid she'll be prosecuted for that and he'll go scott free if she does go to police. What's the best way to handle this situation?

She needs to go to the police, and it would probably be a good idea for her to change her number. She also needs to lock the car doors and refuse to even engage in conversation with him. He cannot "take" her if he cannot get to her. She can call the police while she is safely locked inside the car.

Why are you paying this woman's debt for her?

If she is an adult and she is being stalked, she needs to take action herself by contacting the police.

You say you do not know anything about the person and she apparently knows who he is. Let her handle it.

Sounds like a hooker who ran a game on one of her johns and it's come back to bite her in the butt. She's one of your friends or are you just another john she's running a game on?

Or something to do with drugs.

Either your guess or my guess could lead to a reluctance on the part of the friend to report what is happening to the police.
