     Unvalidated Debt still being reported to CRA

     What is the name of your state? Florida I have disputed a debt which was placed on my credit reports. The debt continues to be reported, even though it has not been validated. I have sent copies of the original letter of dispute, copies of the Certified mail receipt and signature etc etc...

     Association Fees / Claim of lien

     What is the name of your state? Florida I received a letter from my Homeowner Associations lawyers stating that I owed a certain amount and that if I did not pay then a Claim of Lien would be placed on my home. They also said that I had 30 days to dispute the debt, which I did via certified...
