     [FL] Landlord did not list lease termination fee on itemized deposit deduction when there are spots for it, will I still owe it?

     I have a friend who lives about 15-20 minutes away. Would it matter since my fees would not be based on if somebody moved in, only if they wanted to I guess be lenient on it?

     From what I was heard it is irrelevant if I did or not. Though I did email them and then call and talk about it since it would land on a holiday weekend. So the itemized deduction says I have to object to anything on the list within 15 days. They're only deducting a bit, I get over half back...
