Yes. and nothing about tools, items in garage or outdoor furniture and that's why I'm confused and asking for advice. I was shocked it was one sentence.
"Buyer allowed seller to move all the furniture out of the house on January 30 or before that, furniture is not included on the purchase price agreement".
Correct. It reads that furniture in the house will be removed by January 30th. That's it. My hope is that the furniture (and all other property) will be out by that date and want to know what we can legally do if the items are not removed by that date.
We already have a signed contract, checks were cashed and to the best of my very limited knowledge we are protected from them backing out. Is this true?
I agree and that's why I'm asking now and appreciate your advice. Like I said, I don't care about any of their property, I just want it out of the house.

The property currently inside the house is barely mentioned. It was an addendum to the original contract. The furniture is nice and the car and motorcycle are very nice, along with the tools so there would be no issue with getting rid of it by ourselves but I don't want to just give away someone...

HR just told me that I would be reimbursed for the hourly pay I lost for the 3 shifts. Received a text from the manager that he was sorry for what he said to me the other night and he hopes we can be cordial at work. I did not text him back. We are not friends on social media.
If we are in a...
I live In Florida. Currently working for a very large corporation as a server/bartender. I went to a local bar/restaurant with co-workers and one of my managers was there. I spent around 20-30 minutes around him and others then went outside. I was talking with some other people outside and when...
