  These are great questions and exactly why I am here. I put faith into these idiots to close out the lease that I did with them three years ago. I was told this was happening. It is assumed I would not be leasing the car anymore.

  There is a number of an amount of "Other charges paid on my behalf" and its way more than my last two payments.
