You can speak to your claim rep about your recording and see if they're interested. SOME people are honest so it may not even be necessary.
Kind of hard to credibly report something he didn't see. I wouldn't be surprised if the police didn't take that report. Sean should be the one to report it.
You believe wrong. There are no exemptions in the statute for any vehicles, but especially not ones that are "too big". If the driver couldn't make it in too bad - he would have to find another entrance or approach from the other direction and make a left turn.

That's all well and good, however no one would have a better idea - even if it's an educated guess - than he would. Either you keep using his services or you don't. If you do (and it sounds like you do) then you should take the opportunities to ask questions whenever you do speak with him...
What are you talking about? DoL makes no mention of points, but rather number of violations in a certain period of time. What claptrap? That comes from the state motor vehicle agency.
