  I'm guessing it was around Connor Street. If you get one more speeding conviction within 18 months of the first one your driving privilege in New York will be REVOKED. Since it was on 95 the NYPD Highway Patrol wrote you - you have NO chance of winning in court, with or without an attorney.

  As much as you would like to believe so, this hardly seems like a do-it-yourself matter. Many attorneys don't even touch appeals - it's a fairly specialized area of practice from what I see. You really don't stand much of a chance on your own.

  Your option is to forget about Global Entry. As I said Mobile Passport works great and gets you expedited entry. I flew into JFK from Germany last year and once I got to Immigration I was out on the street in literally five minutes.

  I'm curious if you travel internationally a lot and if you've ever had a problem coming back into the country. You might want to take a look at Mobile Passport. I've used it on my last two international trips and I can't see any way of coming into the US being easier. Best of all it's free.
