     Why are you asking us? Why didn't you call the Torrance Police Department to see if you could get a copy of the report? So you're SURE you didn't go to court? Seems kind of odd that this was in the system if everything went as you described.

     So what did you do? Collide with his vehicle, ask him his name and then drive off?? It takes five minutes to exchange information at the scene and leave if that's what you wanted to do.
